Academics
Adebola College admits students in to Junior Secondary and Senior Secondary Classes. Students who transferred to the school are expected to bring transcripts and evidence of previous schools and results in order to be admitted in to the college.
For students who are admitted in to first year of Junior Secondary School (JSS1), they are expected to complete six academic sessions before graduation. All classes and academic progress are measured from a combination of tests, assignments homework and examinations. Students in third year of Senior Secondary School are prepared for West African Examination Council (WAEC) and National Examination Council (NECO) standardized tests.
Students who are struggling academically are giving special tutoring assistance to improve grades. Students who engage in conduct that is not consistence with Adebola College values or are still struggling despite numerous interventions and special coaching are warned and meetings help with parent or guardian before probation.
Parents are guardian are informed of any violation and students can be placed on probation or suspension after repeated violations of the following conditions
- Repeated tardiness
- Repeated overall grade average below 60%.
- Inappropriate conduct such as stealing, cheating, fighting.
- Any other behavior that is not listed here but considered a violation of Adebola College moral expectation by the school authority
Adebola College always provides a simulative conducive learning environment for our students.
